Financial Policy
We offer the following information in order to avoid any misunderstanding or embarrassment. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation with these policies.
Enrollment
Cancellations
Prior to April 30: 100% of any tuition paid is refundable or transferable. After April 30th: a $50.00 re-processing charge is applied. Registration fees are not refundable or transferable.
Enrollment Changes
Changes made in enrollments after May 15th will incur a $50.00 reprocessing fee. Increased or decreased enrollments before June 1st of the present season will be billed at the current tuition rate including any discounts, if any, in effect at the time of enrollment change. No financial adjustment for decreased enrollment is available after June 1st.
A change from a 3/4 day to a full-time full day camper may be arranged at anytime.
Additional Charges
A $25.00 charge will be made for each check returned for non-sufficient funds. Following a second non-sufficient funds check, only a bank check or money order will be accepted for payment.
Past due service charges on the unpaid balance after May 1st are $25.00 per month.
Tuition Dates
All tuition, unless prior arrangements exist, must be paid in full by May 1st. If payment is not received by May 1st, any early enrollment discount received will be forfeited and tuition will be charged at current published rates. A camper may not begin camp before the account is paid in full.
Overdue Tuition
Enrollments, made for space available after April 30, are payable in full at the time of the application unless prior arrangements exist. A late processing fee equaling $100.00 will be added to published tuition for enrollments received after April 30, of the preceding camp session.
Adjustments To Tuition
Sibling Discount: A 5% discount will be available for each additional family member enrolled for a 6 – 8 week session. A 3% discount will be available for each additional family member enrolled for a 3 – 5 week session.
Referral Credits: A $200.00 tuition credit is available for each 6 – 8 week 5 full day enrollment referral. A $100.00 tuition credit is available for each 3 – 5 week 5 full day enrollment referral. (does not include family members). The referring family’s name must appear on the referred camper’s application, when submitted, to receive a credit.
